About this event
The “Lobby Gathering” is not an answer-driven conference, but an out-of-the-box small group event where we create environments for small group point people to connect & engage together in casual conversations about small group ministry, much like they would in a church lobby over a cup of coffee! Whether you are a beginner or a veteran small group point person, you will have an equal voice in each circle of conversation. You will also get to hear and learn from some of the brightest and most innovative small group point people from around the world.
Evening sessions (Together Time) feature a time of worship & a teaching from one of our keynote speakers on a topic that may not necessarily be on the radar of small group point people
Morning sessions (Table Time) feature a teaching from a keynote speaker on an important small group subject & then provides time for everyone to discuss this subject in further detail around their tables.
Break-out sessions (Topic Time) focus on the hot topics and felt needs relating to small group point people. Each Topic Time leader will do a 15 minute teaching on that topic & then facilitate discussion and Q&A with the group.
PRICING**Price includes registration, lodging & most meals (no lunch or dinner will provided on Wednesday during free time)
**Lodging is based on double occupancy. Roommates will be assigned.

**Registration ends on February 17. Walk-in registrations are not available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be honored up until 4pm PST 30 days prior to the event’s start date. Due to costs incurred, each cancelled registration will be charged a processing fee of $75 per person. No refunds will be granted after this date and time.
